Capital punishment started in America in the 1970th century. Since then it has been used a lot, and have had a big increase in the number of death row prisoners and executions.
As we see on the graph above, capital punishment topped with killed people in the year of 1999. The number were 98 killed people due to capital punishment. In all the other years except 1999 people killed by capital punishment were around 50 people on average.

The year that most people were judge to have death row prisoning were in the year of 2000, when 3593 people were judged. After the year of 2000, there has been a decrease in the numbers of death row prisoning.

Texas has been executing 474 since the start of capital punishment in the year of 1972. The next country on the list with most capital punishments is Virginia, with a number of deaths of 106 people. As we see on the graph show above white skinned people is the most killed race since 2010. Follow by the black skinned people, which is also quite many people, and the a low percentage of Latinos gets capital punishment, and almost none with Hispanic heritage gets capital punishment.
But it you look at a small proportion of the US population. It is clear shown on the graph below, that more black-skinned people gets executed than white people, due to their share or size of the population.
